Order Delivery, Exchange and Return Policies

All the products on www.stylemati.in are MADE ON ORDER and the process of production is initiated only after the order is placed and an order number is generated. As our firm name suggests, Mati products originate from India. Our production, packaging and shipping are all done from there. It is our endeavor to produce and ship the order within two working weeks (10-12 days) of the completion of purchase formalities. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as and not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and transport strikes which may delay the shipping process. Should such an event occur we shall inform you on the delay in a timely manner. Order once placed cannot be cancelled

 

Pre-Paid Orders

All Paid Orders incur Delivery Charges and are usually dispatched in 7-8 working days. It takes 2-3 days to deliver the order once dispatched. International Orders may take longer due to Regional Custom Clearances that has to be attended by the Consumer / Customer / Purchasing Party.

Orders on Cash On Delivery (COD)

All Orders with Cash On Delivery (COD) as the Mode of Payment will incur Additional Delivery Charges. Such orders will have to confirmed over a Call or Email or SMS or WhatsApp or any other Standard Communication Channel, with our Team, before Dispatch. The Delivery Timeline of All Orders with Cash On Delivery (COD) as the mode of payment will take about 9 days to deliver up on Dispatch.

 

Process of Exchange / Returns

Please follow the process of Exchange or Return as stated below:
1. For any exchange / return, kindly inform us within 2 days / 48 hours of receiving the goods. You can courier the products to us at our address.

PLEASE NOTE: THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE RETURN ARE TO BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER

Please enclose the Invoice copy or Order Notification Printed Document with the Return Courier.  

2. Once the products are received, it will undergo a Quality Check. The products will be checked for No usage, damages, No removal of Tags and Labels.
Do note, if the QC is rejected, we will ship the returned products back to you.

3. As the QC is passed, we will issue you the required Exchange of Size or Style.

THE SHIPPING CHARGES OF THE EXCHANGED ORDER WILL BE AS APPLICABLE 

If your Return qualifies for a Credit note, we will issue you the same, Valid for 1 month for you to purchase any other style. We have a NO REFUND POLICY.

 

Terms & Conditions 

Everyone has to have a few rules, even us( aka “Mati’s” return policy) We pride ourselves on our high quality handmade products made just for you, so

  • We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each Mati piece. As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the Mati pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, you can write to us at orders@stylemati.in and someone from our customer care team will contact you within 1-2 business days and will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging

  • For any exchange  kindly inform us within 2 days of receiving the goods. You have 7 days to return the item in spanking new condition from the date of receiving ( The items have to be shipped by the customer it won't be picked up by the company). If this item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it will be considered as USED and we will not be entitled to give you any exchange or credit.

  • All returned items MUST be in the original packaging, not be altered, sized, damaged or wrong/replaced item. (If damaged and altered in any form the product will be considered sold) You must include return label in the package, and provide us with the shipping tracking number, and a specific reason for the return.

  • Charges for returning the goods will be borne by the buyer only

  • Exchange/credit will be initiated once we receive the item back. This will be done from 7-14 days from the time we receive the items back. The Credit Note will be emailed with Terms of Use. Kindly go through the Terms carefully. 

  • Shipping / Delivery charges cannot be adjusted in the Credit Note issued. 

  • Returns of the Order will NOT BE ACCEPTED for CUSTOMISED and SALE items or Items sold on Offers / Discount Codes. You may only select a size for your exchange product. Color and product type can NOT be changed.

  • Returns or Exchange of International orders will not be accepted

  • Special customized orders will have extra charges depending on the changes required.

  • Exchange will happen only once for a said sale. Once exchanged we cannot do an exchange or return of the exchanged piece again.
