Terms of Credit Note Use

Terms of Use:

1. The Credit Note extended against the order return can be used once and it is issued to the email address available with the respective order. 

2. The credit note is valid for 1 month from the Date of issue.

3. The credit note value is the order value excluding shipping or any other charges and discounts. The shipping charges borne during the order are not included. 

4. The credit note is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for Cash Refund.  

5. You cannot combine the credit note with other offers. If products are already on Sale, you can use the credit note as the mode of the payment

7. The Issued Credit note can be used once only and in full amount, as partial usage is not available. So the new order value can be of the same value or more.

8. Shipping Charges in the modified or new order are applicable. 

9. You cannot request an exchange or return for the exchanged order you receive.
